By far and away the best travel and backpacking meal Ive ever had. No garbage and it tastes substantially better.

My new favourite!

Finally a freeze dried meal that actually leaves me satiated! Most 2 person meals I’ve bought from other companies don’t go near my energy needs… I love that I don’t need a chemistry degree to understand the ingredients, and that it tastes like true, home style cooking. I won’t be buying anything else; FOF is my new go to for backcountry meals! I can’t wait to see what other recipes come out in the future, including breakfast. Keep up the great work!!!

Very satiating, rehydrated very well.

Husband and I loved for our weeklong canoe/portage trip. Found the serving was quite large for one person so mostly ended up sharing (only 600ish calories but super protein/fat heavy and satiating). Way better than the traditional backpacker meals we have had. Meals presented well and were easy to rehydrate. We preferred to add a bit of extra water for a slightly soupy consistency (1.25x recommended).

Thanks Lisa! I'm glad you enjoyed the Chili, and great idea to add a little more water for a different consistency. I hope you had an awesome trip with more adventures coming soon!
