Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer FREE shipping for orders over $150 (that's 9 meals!).
We have a $10 flat-rate for shipping of orders under $150, for a limited time.
We prefer home addresses over P.O. boxes whenever possible. Only Canada Post will deliver to P.O. boxes and it is generally much more expensive than other carriers. However if you only have a P.O. box or you know other carriers do not ship to your location, feel free to use it.
Please note that no shipping is truly "free". Free shipping means that we, as the seller, are covering 100% of the cost of shipping. As a small business, we don't have the high profit margins and volume of big companies, so this is more difficult to offer. This is why the free shipping threshold is set at $150. The flat-rate shipping of $10 for smaller orders allows us to share the cost, as this only partially covers the actual cost of shipping.
Shipping Timelines
Please allow time for order processing. Once shipped, orders normally arrive within 5-7 business days. Shipments to main urban centers are generally faster, from 1-3 business days. Shipments to rural areas may take up to 14 business days.
Please note that delays caused by the shipping carrier are out of our control, and it's best to allow extra time for shipping if you need your products by a certain date. Feel free to email us with your address if you would like a shipping timeline estimate for your specific location.
Orders are generally shipped via ICS Courier, Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post.
Local Pickup in Edmonton, AB
If you are in the Edmonton area and would like to arrange to pick up your order directly, we are happy to coordinate that with you. Please email us to arrange a pickup. We are located in West Edmonton near West Edmonton Mall and the Anthony Henday.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@flatoutfeasts.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
