Being T1D and also Celiac finding backcountry food is hard and the choices - well limited is generous. So glad I found Flat Out Feasts. My only negative is the low available carb count was perhaps a little too low!!!

This is the best, tastiest bag meal I've ever eaten. Perfectly seasoned, every mouthful is chewy in the right ways. In an oddly frigid and wet Victoria Day weekend in Algonquin Park, I was warmed, energized, and satisfied.
