We cannot accept returns on any food item unless it is damaged or defective upon receipt. This is a standard policy in the industry, as we are unable to resell products once they have left our warehouse to ensure the safety of the food. Please check the listed ingredients and nutrition facts on each product page prior to purchase to ensure they meet your personal dietary needs.

If a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please let us know via email within 48 hours of your delivery confirmation receipt. Send photos along with your name and order number to and we will work with you to resolve the issue, and replace the defective product.
