The Feast Sampler Pack

Two nights on the trail and I had the Beef Chili the first night, Very tasty, a bit spicy but not too hot for me. My partner had the Creamy Chicken and Cauliflower. She said it tasted great but suggested maybe the cauliflower could be cut in smaller pieces to aid rehydration. Second night I had the Cheesy Chicken Casserole and thoroughly enjoyed. Will definately be ordering again!

We were excited to try these meals out on our next backcountry trip after a friend had recommended them to us. As people who have food sensitivities, and try to limit grains, we were thrilled to find a supplier who could accommodate our dietary restrictions. After our first day of our trip we tried the Cajun skillet, which is my personal fave. Although there is no “fluff”, there is so much flavour! I love that these meals are not overly salty unlike other brands. We will definitely be ordering again for our next trip!

Additionally, the customer support we received from Lisa was so amazing. She was great to ensure that we were able to get our meals in time for our trip.

I had a variety of freeze dried and dehydrated food while hiking the East Coast Trail in Newfoundland. The portions were perfect. The taste was fantastic, Shepard’s Pie and Beef Chilli my favourites. I recommend to all hikers, get the sampler pack and try them out. You won’t be disappointed

FYI the other brands I had to compare were Peak Refuel, Mountain House and Backpackers Pantry.
