Fantastic! How many dehydrated meals can you honestly say are good let alone fantastic? Most of the bagged meals I've had can hardly even be called food and make me feel ill just thinking about them. This Shepard's Pie, contains real beef. When you re-hydrate it, it looks, smells, and tastes like beef. Amazing! Big chunks of beef and beans and the turnip make this an awesome meal. I really enjoyed it. Out of all the different companies I've tried, this meal was the only one that tasted like a good home cooked meal. Seriously! Just take a look at the ingredients used and compare this list to another one you have in your kit. I've also tried 2 other meals they make, and they have been just as good.

Best Ever Wow, hiking the PCT and had my first flat out feasts dinner. The Cheesy Chicken Casserole blew me away! I have never tasted freeze dried food this good, not even close. Wow again. - Hockeyhiker

Wow! Went on my first ever backpacking trip this weekend and had a few different freeze-dried meals I tried that were okay. I cracked into this one absent-mindedly, took the first bite and immediately looked up at my partner and said, "Damn! How did she do this?" The flavour was unbelievable. I will be buying many of these for my next trips and look forward to trying the beef chili I also bought and the chicken cauli bacon!

I’ve been using various brands of freeze, dried and dehydrated food for many many. to say, without a doubt, flat out feast is my favourite. Everything tasted very fresh. The okra, green beans, corn, and turnips rehydrated like I just bought it from the grocery store not to mention how great it taste I purchased it because it was keto but I have to say I think everybody would love this food you can always supplemented with some dehydrated, mashed potatoes if you’re not keto and have a really good flat out feast.

From the very first bite, we were blown away by the fantastic taste and convenience of these freeze dried meals. The fact that they were specifically tailored to the ketogenic diet made them a perfect fit for our nutritional needs. Each meal was bursting with flavor, far surpassing our expectations for a freeze dried option. We cannot recommend these keto freeze dried meals enough.

WOW! All I can say is, wow. This is the tastiest freeze dried meal I've ever had, it is delicious. They are legit, just read the ingredients. Beef. There is a TON of it, I have to wonder how long term sustainable putting so much beef in here will be, but, there is a lot of it and it's good quality. Turnip might as well be potato but low carb, perfect texture, and taste. The right amount of cheese and spices, not too much and not too little. If you're reading this review and are considering Flat Out Feasts, just do it. It handily beats the other freeze dried options out there and is worth the slight cost increase to get high quality food like this.
