77 miles / 124 km done this week! So far so good. Future updates will have more detail as I get into the groove of trail life. It's amazing how little free time you have when on trail & living out of a bag. For now, here's a brief update for days 1-4.

Thru-hiking the Pacific Crest Trail

Our founder, Lisa, is heading out on a thru-hike of the Pacific Crest Trail - 4,265 km over 5.5 months from the border of Mexico to Canada. She's returning to finish what she started, from beginning to end, after being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes while attempting to thru-hike in 2019 which ultimately led to her creating Flat Out Feasts. This time, she has insulin. And this time, she's fueled by real food for real adventures.
