Thru-hiking the Pacific Crest Trail

In 2019, Lisa was 1,270km into her PCT thru-hike when a type 1 diabetes diagnosis changed everything - including what she could eat in the backcountry. There were no options that met her needs, so she built one. Now she's back to finish all 4,265km, fueled by the meals she created out of necessity. Follow along.
